TRIBUTE FROM MOHAMMED O. ABINA

A TRIBUTE TO BROTHER NOSIRU OLAYINKA AGORO

Brother Nosiru Olayinka Agoro was a true brother who was born into a larger family that shows kindly awareness and thoughtfulness towards the feelings, circumstances, and needs of others.

The name Agoro is synonymous with B'ogun Bo'lu. In many ways, he lived up to the name.

He had a ready open arms to receive into his care some of us who came to the US after he did.

I got such treatment from him right there in Nigeria.

During his younger days, he was athletic, music loving, and of course very much into the fashions of the time.

Yes, I saw him and his friend, Akande wore high heal shoes. These were the kind of shoes that young men wore at the time James Brown music was popular.

He lived a fulfilled life and was survived by his wife, children, and grand children.

Olayinka, Orun rere o!!

This is Mohammed O. Abina (Moroof, in Atlanta)
